Model4Jesus is excited to announce that their Rock The Runway website is finally launched. Rock The Runway is a fabulous event that will be taking place on Saturday June 27, 2009 at Bethel Church – 1510 W. Hillsborough Ave. Tampa, FL 33603. Doors open at 6:00pm and the fashion show begins at 7:00pm. Tickets will be available for purchase soon, so don't forget to come back for details. We will be looking for Make-Up artists and Hair Stylists who would like to partner with us. You don't want to miss this exciting event featuring local designers, bands, and artists. Come and watch models show you what a TruModel really looks like. This show is not for the religious mind but for the mind that is open to the love and joy of what is like to live for the real, and true ROCK of the runway - Jesus Christ.

10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Fine Arts Department of Bethel Church. Teaching the young to take advantage of their talents and encouraging them to multiply them. The rest of the proceeds will go to Model4Jesus, a ministry that provides innovative and practical solutions to self-esteem problems by empowering women from all backgrounds and ages to understand their level of importance in the world. There are communities in Tampa that are low-income, high crime areas rated highly in the county with domestic violence and other problems. It is in working with community women that we have found a need to help them understand that they can achieve their dreams, goals and desires as valuable members of society and overcome domestic violence and any other problems. Model4Jesus does this by partnering with organizations that work with women and helps them raise funds through their M4J fashion shows.
