Do you wear His “peace”?

The ever so popular have over the years transferred from a theistic symbol to a trite accessory strung around the necks of everyone from the devout Christians to the benighted atheist.

The familiarity with this “piece” raises the question whether the wearers' attempt to pay homage or provide protection really symbolizes “His peace” in their lives.

Don't just wear His “piece” wear His “peace!"

John 14:27 NIV “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
