16-11 started off as a senior project for a graduating underclassman named Quinton Richardson. Who was currently a Christian art student at Fayetteville State University at Fayetteville, NC. God gave him the idea to step out of the box and create 16-11: The year of the KJV.


Although there were many Christian clothing lines out there, Quinton wanted His clothing line be marketable "across boundaries" but at the same time have a message that called for holiness. 16-11 comes from the year that King James transcribed the bible into english. Quinton took this idea and translated the word of God to fashion.


Since Fall 2006, 16-11 has been in local publications and also has been marketed in different churches, youth programs, and fashion shows.


As of late, the Lord is growing this ministry to the point where it is starting to legally become a business and grow from the Southeast and beyond. Filled with clothing that you can buy and passages from the word of God to fill your spirit.


16-11 is constantly looking for volunteers to market new projects as well as the message it represents. We as a body appreciate the support you have given us so far and pray that we can be a blessing to all of you. Stay blessed.
