J.Faces Makeup Artistry Co. was founded in the summer of 2007 by Jennifer E. Butler who has always had a love for art, culture, creativity and cosmetics. After much prayer, walking on faith and realizing that she can truly do ALL things through Christ who strengthens her, Jennifer left a corporate job setting and enrolled in an Esthetics course at European Academy of Cosmetology in Union, NJ. She was inspired to start her own company after being an Assistant Artist at B.E.T's Harlem Fashion Show that summer. J.Faces is not only about beauty but connecting with your inner strength. Jennifer believes that as a Christian she has a responibility to give back to others. Over this past year, J. Faces has teamed up with various businesses and schools to do work with young girls and self esteem, giving women in the AIDS/ HIV community makeover as a day of service and providing Beauty Education for working women and mothers.
