The Belt of Truth

Men’s clothing and accessories can become very pricey. So when establishing the bare essentials there are a few rules of thumb. For starters accessories have their place on the continuum of what’s “work” and “play” and this must be taken into consideration.

We have cuff links that say “promotion” and sneakers that say “motion”, but what does a belt say?

When it comes to selecting a belt keep in mind that this minor detail can still say a lot about where you are going.

Keeping it simple…you should at least have one for work and one for play. Slimmer belts are more professional when striving for that look and wider belts add a more playful side to your image. To take it a step further…invest in a brown and a black for both types of style.

Above all sport the “belt of truth” no matter what you decide to put on!
