Well, if those Jeans are too small I know what to do :P I have read on Project Weight Loss it was revealed the Skinny Jeans Workout. It is the newest fitness program designer by a personal fitness trainer of top celebrities, Lisa Goldenthal. The purpose of this new fitness program is to help women achieve their weight loss goals and, of course, "get back in our skinny jeans!”, like Lisa said. It seems that this new program is designed especially for those of us who never have time to exercise, those who have demanding jobs, children, or other obligations. It's perfect for me, that's for sure. :)
